In February 2023, our CVC invested in the seed round of Datamart, a Chilean fintech specializing in financial information technology. The company closed its first funding round of $6.3 million, reaching a valuation of over $30 million. The seed round was led by Moonvalley Capital, with the participation of BICE, Grupo Santander, and Falabella also joining as investors. Datamart aims to expand into other LatAm markets. Datamart is already a well-established provider in BICE, delivering excellent results for our digital processes in factoring business and customer onboarding.
